Young Leaders

Young Leaders are 14 to 18 year olds who volunteer to assist the younger sections as part of the leadership team. They are Explorer Scouts, but not all will attend regular Explorer Scout meetings.

Young leaders have a massively positive impact on our young people - providing role models, skills training and valued support.

All Young Leaders have access to a wide ranging training scheme, delivered through the Epsom & Ewell Scout District.
